A New Group Therapy Experience with Jessica Dillon, LCSW-R

We’re excited to share a new offering at Composition Family Psychotherapy — a virtual group therapy experience designed to help you deepen your self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with your sense of presence and purpose.

“Grounded” is more than a therapy group. It’s an intentional space to explore your inner life through simple, integrative practices that you can carry into your daily routines. Led by Jessica Dillon, LCSW-R — a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in trauma, mindfulness-based practices, and integrative psychotherapy — this group blends evidence-based modalities with restorative, reflective work.

What You'll Explore:

This group includes guided practices and discussions rooted in the following approaches:

  • EMDR Preparation Techniques
Learn foundational EMDR skills such as identifying a calm place, resourcing, light stream imagery, and challenging blocking beliefs — all within a supportive group environment.

  • Intentional Attunement
Discover how to build mindful, compassionate connection with yourself and others through focused awareness and presence.

  • Polyvagal Theory in Practice
Understand your nervous system responses and develop body-based skills for calming, grounding, and self-regulation.

  • Grounded Presence
Experience guided meditations using archetypal themes like the Witness, the Protector, and the Wise One to strengthen your sense of inner guidance.

  • Wisdom Scripts
Use simple writing prompts to explore your personal narrative and clarify your intention, meaning, and purpose.

  • .Format + Flexibility
This group is virtual, so you can participate from wherever you are.

Practices are gentle and adaptable, allowing you to explore and integrate them at your own pace.

Ideal for those seeking inner clarity, emotional regulation tools, and connection with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment.
